Their specific challenges: • Price-sensitive market where customers comparison-shop extensively • High competition for attention on digital platforms • Previous digital campaigns drove traffic but not conversions • No system to capture and nurture potential buyers

OUR APPROACH: THE ELECTRONICS SALES FUNNEL Strategy 1: Product-Specific Landing Pages Instead of sending all traffic to the homepage, we created dedicated landing pages for high-margin product categories with clear value propositions: warranty, after-sales service, installation support, and genuine products guarantee. Strategy 2: Lead Magnet Approach We shifted from "Buy Now" messaging to value-first content: • "AC Buying Guide: Which Tonnage Is Right for Your Room?" • "TV Comparison Tool: LED vs QLED vs OLED Explained" • "Free Home Consultation" for major appliances Strategy 3: WhatsApp Commerce Integration We integrated WhatsApp as the primary conversion channel, allowing customers to inquire, get quotes, and even complete purchases through chat—matching how local retail actually works. Strategy 4: Retargeting with Offers Website visitors and form submissions received targeted retargeting ads with time-sensitive offers, creating urgency without discounting brand perception.
